Anchor Food Professionals Launches Moodmojee Drinks at Lavish Fusion Bakery & HIVE by Love A Loaf Penang.

Anchor Food Professionals has just recently launched a new promo called Moodmojee. 6 spanking new delicious dairy beverage creations were created to boost your mood. Partnering with 15 food and beverage outlets nationwide, both peninsular and east Malaysia, be prepared to be on a journey that intrigues the palate with a mixture of zesty, sweet, savoury and salty flavours with cream and smooth texture.

I had the privilege to enjoy 3 beverages recently and it surely does offer uniqueness in each drink.

Yuzu Chocolate Surprise

The pleasant surprise of a nice rich iced chocolate with a citrusy taste from the Yuzu puree is created by Chef Ichiro. The drink is rimmed with salt lemon cooling candy.

Kaya-Nika Fusion

Created by Chef Firuz, the Kaya-Nika Fusion has got to be one of favourite among the 4 that I have tried so far. The mixture of milky drink layered with kaya, gula melaka, pulut and red beans, is the bomb. The richness of drink base, together with the fragrant aroma and taste and not forgetting the bites of pulut and red beans, just beautiful. One sip into it, the temptation just kicks in.

Lemon Mint Meringue

This fragrant tangy beverage is created by Chef Firuz. It's a rich lemon mint vanilla ice blended topped with freshly whipped and torched meringue. Final touches of slices of candied lemon and orange.

This is definitely one of my favourite. One sip and I loved the whole nice citrusy fragrant sweet creamy taste. Perfect.
