The U.S. Fries Fiesta 2019 is here! The Potatoes USA has just kicked off their U.S. Fries Fiesta 2019 which began from the 17th June and ends on the 21st July 2019. For this year, the campaign is participated by 15 participating outlets in Penang and for the very first time in Ipoh, with 5 outlets there. You not only get to enjoy all these mouthwatering creations, but also stand a chance to win exciting prizes when you join their Most Creative Photo Contest.
Jazz Feast at Jazz Hotel Penang is one participating outlets here in Penang for the campaign. Located at Tanjung Tokong, the F&B outlet welcomes you to enjoy the 2 special creations that not only has a delightful presentation but also tantalizing flavours in each bite.
The chefs back here has given a nice twist to the potatoes and is delighted to present U.S. Waffle Potato With Salmon Jerky and the other is U.S. Fries Cheesy Croquette.

The round tempting croquette is made from U.S. Potato Lace, egg, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, seasoned with salt and pepper. Served along with tangy salsa made from diced yellow zucchini, diced green zucchini, diced tomato and diced yellow onion. Topped with sour cream. On overall, the croquette was appetizing with a nice crunch on the outside and mash texture on the inside with a cheesy taste.
U.S. Waffle Potato With Salmon Jerky - RM 28.00
It's like eating a sandwich but the base isn't bread. The chefs has creatively use salmon jerky, crunchy vegetables, spicy mayonnaise, sour cream sandwiched between U.S Waffle Potato. The interesting take of it surely gives that delicious crunch in every bite and the lovely blend of light spicy and tangy taste. Munch away.
