It's lunch time and the usual question pops up "where to eat?' or "what to eat?" There's a new place for you to try especially their set lunch. Located at Straits Quay Penang, Sea Queen Restaurant offers a pretty affordable chinese dish set lunch menu.
For only RM 7.90++, the set comes with rice and a dish of your choice, a bowl of soup and water/tea. There are 4 types of meat for you to choose from. You may choose to have either chicken, fish fillet, mantis shrimp or pork. There are 8 methods of cooking for you to pick. They are Dried Chili Sauce, Dried Shrimp Sauce, Spring Onion and Ginger Sauce, Sweet and Sour Sauce, Marmite Sauce, Wheat Flakes, Lemon Sauce and lastly Mixed Vegetables. That sums up to a whopping 32 options for you.
The Kam Heong Mantis Prawn had such nice fragrant and taste but was a little spicy. Though it felt a little soggy but it was still good.
As for the Lemon Sauce Fish Fillet, a simple flavoured sauce dish. Somehow I personally would have liked the fish fillet to be crispier to go with the lemon sauce.
Here comes my favourite, which is the Marmite Chicken. More towards a sweet side though but it was delicious. It was served with the soup of the day, Pork Tripe Soup.

For a price of RM 7.90++ with a great service and cozy environment to dine in, what more could one ask for with such great deal.
