Enjoy relaxing Sundays with a scrumptious feast at Jazz Hotel Penang during their Jazzy Sunday Brunch Buffet. Be pampered with a wonderful spread of local delicacies and a mix of international fare. We had the chance to savour the beautiful flavours that were served on the buffet spread recently and here's a look at what you can pretty much look forward to when you dine there.
Starting off with some appetizers and starters like fresh greens with condiments and dressing; cold cuts, smoked salmon, and a selection of pre-mix salad.
Sushi anyone?
Happiness is when potato salad is spotted. They also had the Greek style chicken salad and tuna nicoise salad. There was potato, tuna and chicken, the perfect match for me :)

Bite into some crunchy deep-fried items.
You get to enjoy 2 types of hearty soup to warm the stomach. There was the creamy homemade tomato soup which was fragrantly appetizing and the other was a Chinese clear soup.
You can spot a mix of flavours at the hot dishes section. Dig into the favourites such as biryani rice, fish curry with okra, mussels in spicy tomato coulis gravy, beef stroganoff, roasted chicken western style and many more.
As each dish is prepared in its very own preparation style, a mix of it and you get a burst of flavours.
Back at the live action station, you will be excited to find a handful of local favourite items that awaits you. From the tender juicy satays, murtabak enjoyed with the curry and picked onions, freshly made roti jala and not forgetting one of the main highlight which is the Nyonya Lemak Laksa, which is a big hit among the diners.

Love pasta? Then just inform the friendly chef what is your choice of pasta and sauce. Bon appétit.
Lastly, time to treat yourself to the sugary treats such as sago gula Melaka, an assorted of cakes and Nyonya kuih and many more.
Enjoy icy cool treats of Penang Teo Chew cendol, ais kacang or scoops of ice cream. Or better still, why not settle for ais kacang topped with ice cream. Oh yummy!
