Our National Day and Malaysia Day is just around the corner and the chefs at The Light Hotel Penang has surely stormed up the kitchen preparing bountiful feasts for this 2-month promotion, from now until 30 September 2019. Just like the beautiful diversity that Malaysia has, diners can look forward to a myriad of different local cuisines, rich bursting with beautiful flavours.

Be sure to go on an empty stomach as there's more than 100 varieties of dishes from appetizers to mouthwatering desserts including 6 live actions stalls that awaits.

Starting off with appealing appetizers such as Kerabu Sahun Kacang Gajus, Tempeh Goreng Sambal, Kerabu Suhun & Udang, Marinated Mango Salad with Japanese Octopus and many more.

Get a taste of the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia as the hotel serves Nasi Dagang Sejati and Nasi Dagang Murni.

The hotel serves one of the most variety of main dishes and there's so many dishes for you to choose from. Among some of the highlights are Daging Rendang Tok, Asam Pedas Ikan Pari Harmoni, Jeruk Ikan Masin, Ayam Masak Lemak Warisan, Baked Mussel with Tomato and Basil Sauce, Seared Salmon with Mashed Potato, Nyonya Otak-otak, Ketam, Masak Mentega, Vegetarian Abalone with Assorted Vegetables, Lemon Sauce Deep-fried Chicken and many more.
