Everybite is welcomed by a burst of refreshing aroma and taste from the Turkey Cha Siew, Avocado, Mango, Cucumber and Chipotle Cranberry Compote.



Grab a serving of the hearty delicious Kim Chee Soup with Clams and Tofu. The mix of ingredients and flavours in the soup was like the comfort food that makes you wanting more. 


Love the richness of seafood taste that was in the Bouillabaisse with Chilli Garlic Toast. That and the toast, perfect!


New Orleans Jambalaya 
Now this is a huge platter of indulgence. First glance and it's already an eye-catcher. 


The main dishes are presented in such irresistible temptation. Beautiful displayed and each offering its very own unique taste.

Be ready to dig into items like, Braised Beef Ribs with Sweet Blueberry Chutney and Smoked Hickory BBQ Glaze, Shoulder of Lamb, Peperonata Red Lentils and Black Pepper Jus, Poached Salmon with Asparagus and Mornay sauce, Grilled Tiger Prawns with Ratatouille Vegetables and Salsa Verde, Duck Leg Confit, Flageolet Beans Au Orange, Buttered Chestnut Brussels sprouts and
Trio of Potato Gratin.









A Christmas meal wouldn't be complete without Roast Turkey. It's the thing that we anticipate much after a year's long wait. Juicy tender cuts of the turkey enjoyed with Giblet sauce and Cranberry sauce. Yummz!


3 types of bread stuffing for you to also enjoy with your turkey. Instead of the usual savoury type, this one has been given a little sweet twist to it.

This is something you don't always spot on the buffet spread and you'll love the flaky juicy salmon that is served. 


With all the delicious feast served, make sure you keep some space for the Christmas sweet treats. Everything looks so tempting. I wished I had a bigger tummy to enjoy everything in. :p The desserts were nicely done. Such a delightful treat.
