The Prosperity Reunion Buffet which will be available from 24 January until 2 February 2020 will feature live Yee Sang Station, deep fried prawns, steamed flower crab, steamed whole duck and a carving station with honey BBQ chicken chop char siew, roasted duck, fried glutinous rice with baby abalone wrapped in lotus leaf and many more.
The Abundance Set and Golden Prosperity Set will feature a selection of favourites such as double boiled black chicken soup with fish maw, oven baked crispy Hong Kong duck, wok fried jumbo prawns and more.
