It was such an honour to be invited to the get-together event for media and social media friends specially hosted by Pacific West in collaboration with The Prestige Hotel. Themed "Prosperous 2020", the event showcased a specially crafted menu featuring the delightful selection of Pacific West products.

The "Prosperous 2020" event kicked off with a lion dance performance.
It was time to showcase our talents in doodling the mandarin oranges.
We were also introduced to their latest 3 additions to the family.
- Nori Himalayan Salt Squid Spiral
With a touch of Sea Salt and seasoned with seaweed bits giving that nice savoury crunch to it.
- Panko Coated Squid Strips
Experience the Japanese delight of yummy strips of squid coated in breadcrumbs that offers a nice crispy crunch and chewy texture.
- Sweet Chili Fish Cocktails
Every bite of indulgence of fish cocktails in sweet chili flavoured coating.
Among the delicious feast served by The Prestige Hotel were :
- Tempura Fried Prawn Rolled with Vegetables
- Popcorn Fish with Caramelized Pineapple & Tomato Cherry
- Potato & Leek Soup with Cajun Stick
- Breaded Torpedo Prawns with Curry Mee
- Lemon Dill Fish Fillets with Lemon Butter Sauce
- Deep Fried Tempura Prawns with Creamy Salted Egg Yolk
- Panko Coated Squid Strips with Mango Salsa
- Nori Himalayan Salt Squid Spiral Loaded Fries
Our last activity was a pretty challenging one, but fun at the same time. We had to decorate our very own cup cake. There were 4 of us to a group and the below was our final masterpieces.. hahaha..
