For this fasting month, it's going to be a culinary journey at Sarkies with lots of exciting all-time favourites of traditional Malay cuisines with a nice mix of local and international flavours. A fresh variety of appealing starters to start off with items like fresh Ulam Platter enjoyed with the various Sambal, Seafood Terrine ‘otak-otak’, Cold Cut Platter, Thai Glass Noodle Salad With Poached Seafood, Egg Kerabu, Kerabu Daging, Young Mango Chicken Salad, Acar Jelata, Gado-gado, Pecal, Sotong Kangkung and many more.

Seafood lovers are going to love the fresh catch of the day that are available. Enjoy items like  oysters, spanner crab, slipper lobster, crayfish, scallops, prawns, green mussels and black mussels. There is also a corner serving some Japanese delights like Sushi and Sashimi.

For soup, you get not 1 not 2 but 4 different types. Enjoy hearty warm servings of Mushroom Potage, Soup Berempah Oxtail, Crab Rassam and Fish Maw Soup.

A long spread of mains offering different flavours and style of preparation. A bit of this and that, your plate will be filled with a burst of flavours. Satisfy your palate to dishes like Beef Rendang Tok, Ayam Masak Kicap, Oxtail Masak Merah, Kurma Kambing Berkentang, Seafood Otak-otak, Crispy Fish Fillet With Kerabu Sauce, Crabs With Yellow Curry Sauce, Butter Golden Nestum Prawn and Briyani Rice among others. 

The much awaited highlight makes a return. The Charcoal Roasted Whole Lamb is definitely one of the diners' favourites. Well marinated and juicy tender cuts of the lamb makes you craving for more. Apart from the whole lamb, other delights availabe at the live action station will be tender skewers of Chicken Satay, Murtabak and Roti John.

The list of indulgence continues with Under Alto Shaam treats like Caramelised Chilli Crispy Baby Crab, Deep Fried Shishamo Fish With Wasabi Mayo, Squid Tempura With Sweet Chilli Dip, Crispy Baby Shrimp, Bergedil With Sambal Kicap, Cencaru Bela Belakang, Burung Puyu Goreng Berempah
and Oven Baked –sambal Marinated Whole Seabass.

The carvery station presents gorgeous Oven Baked Rib Eye Beef With Air Assam, Roasted Boneless Lamb Leg With Mint Chutney & Cucumber Raita and Butterflied Percik Chicken. 

The grill sizzles with lots of juicy succulent seafood and meat variations.
