With a blink of an eye, G Hotel's annual bridal fair is back! It felt like it was just yesterday when I stood in front of the runway looking at the models parading all those beautiful stunning gowns. Themed "Love Atelier" this year, the bridal fair opens its doors for only one day on the 23 April 2017 from 11am to 6pm. Couples would love the bridal fair as every year there's a variety of booths featuring wedding professionals and suppliers that turns wedding into a magical moment to be remembered.
It has also been a yearly affair that prior to the Bridal Fair, the Bridal Fair Gimmick takes place to create a buzz and awareness about the upcoming much anticipated bridal fair.. This was my very first time experiencing what the Bridal Fair Gimmick was all about and it was pretty neat!
The porch area of G Hotel Gurney was turned into a center of attention when the event started off at 6pm. Mannequins donned the latest bridal gowns from Kuang Yee Bridal Collection, whom is partnering for the event.
Mr Michael Hanratty, General Manager of G Hotel, gave his opening speech and the special appearance of a well-known icon, Datuk Jimmy Choo at the event was such a pleasant surprise. We have read, heard and seen photos about Datuk Jimmy Choo, but seeing him real in life was something exciting.
It wasn't long before 8 ballerinas from Green Apple Ballet Academy then took the spotlight. They danced away gracefully around the mannequins with such nice choreography. It was simply beautiful.
The stunning wedding gowns were indeed eye-catching from a far. I bet every girl would just fall in love with the gowns.
Apart from all the beautiful gowns, G Hotel's award wining pastry chef also offered away all these beautiful creations, mini cupcakes and donuts which were so pretty and adorable.
As for this year, G Hotel is offering 7 special themed wedding packages, starting with a minimum of 10 tables each from RM988nett. The themed wedding packages for lunch are Romantic buffet at RM88nett per person with a minimum of 300 persons and Truelove, an 8-course Chinese set at RM988nett per table with a minimum of 30 tables. The themed wedding packages for dinner are Sensual at RM1188nett and Intimate at RM1388nett.
For 30 tables reservation and above, couples can opt for Modern at RM1288nett which is valid from Monday to Thursday and Non-Public Holiday, Stylish at RM1488nett and Passion at RM1888nett.
All these themes come with different choices of menu and a team of event & banquet specialist from G Hotel to create a wedding celebration that is distinctly you; whether you want it intimate, extravagant, traditional or unexpected.
