Indulge in the wonderful Cantonese cuisine that would please the palates with all the beautiful flavours this March and April at Ixora Hotel Penang. Make your way over for lunch for their Canton Buffet Lunch, which will end on the 30th of April 2018.

The let journey of flavours begin :)
First up we have the Fish soup & Green Mustard Vegetables. First taste and you'll be wanting more of it. The soup has a nice taste, not a strong fish taste as one would expect but just right with the flavours of other ingredients.
Steamed Fish Teow Chew Style
Unlike the norms, where you get this during baquet, you can now enjoy it during your buffet lunch too.
Chinese Mixed Herbs Braised Platter was so good. The soy taste on overall was addictive.
Fried Mutton with Butter Cream
The usage of butter cream in this dish certainly enhances the flavour to something exciting. The buttery fragrance is so appealing.
Bitter Melon with Vegetarian Sea Cucumber & Chikuwa
Salted Bean Duck & Sea Salt Chicken with Tong Gui. Best of both worlds I must say. Especially the dark sauce to go with it, oh heavenly delicious.
Hainanese Beef Stewed
Nice tender bits of beef stewed to such nice rich flavours.
Next up is the Cocktail and Mocktail promotion for the month of March and April 2018.

Love Chendol? Love Cakes? Love both? You're in for a treat as the cake of the months is Chendol Cake. Something different. It's sold at only RM 12 nett per slice.
