Talk about Fish Head Curry and the thing that comes to mind is fresh fish cooked in an aromatic curry and the beautiful flavours from the mixture of spices. Amazingly delicious. The good news is, The Light Hotel Penang is now offering this local favourite cuisine for its latest dining promo.


The hotel's Executive Chef, Chef Halim Mohamad and his talented team, took almost 6 months to get right taste after many improvisations that took place. 



Ladies & Gentlemen, let me introduce to you the Fish Head Curry by The Light Hotel Penang. 

Just upon serving and you can smell the aroma that intrigues the appetite instantly. One taste into the curry and the flavours of beautifully mixed spices and ingredients just makes you satisfyingly eager for more of it. With a nice tangy sourness and mild spiciness of the curry, just perfect. Red snapper is used for this dish. One thing for sure is, the kitchen uses fresh supply of fish for this cooking.



Prawn Sambal
Fresh succulent prawn comes with a nice mild kick of spiciness.



Deep-fried Giant Squid



Crab Curry with Mantou
This is another dish that also offers a nice blend of curry taste on overall.
