Colourful Christmas Buffet at Cititel Penang

With a blink of an eye, it's almost Christmas time. The Christmas excitement is fast anticipating and the Christmas treats, oh looking beautifully tempting. This time, let me bring you to another round of culinary pleasure at Mainstreet Cafe, Cititel Penang.

The dessert corner has such a nice spread of Christmas treats. We shall see more of it below :)

Let's start off with some appetizers such as Prawn Cocktail, Seasoned Spinach, Bean Sprout with Sesame Seeds, Coleslaw, and Marinated Brinjal, Kimchi, Pickled Japanese Cucumber.

Some fresh greens at the salad bar with condiments and dressings for you to choose from.

Assorted Sushi

The Seafood on Ice is always a star attraction. Fresh items like oysters, mussles, prawns and half shell scallop. If you love seafood, this is gonna be your first stop :)

Some warm hearty soup to warm up the tummy. Shellfish Bisque enjoyed with bread rolls and butter. Yumz

Not too far away is where the grilling is done. Enjoy nice grilled items like lamb forequater, chicken sausages and marinated fish.

Christmas dining isn't really complete without turkey right. Yes! Juicy tender roasted turkey with cranberry and giblet sauce. Oh la la. Deliciously good!

Roast lamb leg. Much praises also to this. Many people loved it too.
