Chef Jack started in the culinary industry since the young age of 16 years old and has worked his way up to become the Executive Sous Chef of G Hotel Kelawai.
He graduated from Cilantro Culinary Academy in Western Culinary Arts & Kitchen Management in 2007. As young as he may look, Chef Jack has more than 10 years of cooking experience and has worked in numerous restaurants in Singapore such as L'Angelus French Restaurant, 1-Twentysix at East Coast Park, Au Petit Salut, SQUE Rotisserie & Alehouse, Club Street Social and has even operated his very own cafe, Artichoke Cafe in Penang.
One of his talent is the creativity of giving classic dishes a new modern twist. Chef Jack has given the daily buffet breakfast, dinner menu as well as the menus in the Executive Lounge a breath of fresh air which you can look forward to.
The ambiance of the place makes one feel so comfortable when dining. Grab your food, sit back, relax and let the delicious feast just do its magic on your palate and tummy.

At the carving station, the Roasted Cumin Lamb Shoulder with Mint Yoghurt is another item that many loved. First, the imported lamb is marinated with chef's special mix for 2 days to ensure that it is well seasoned and flavoured. It is then roasted in the oven for 2 hours. The result - tender, juicy and flavourful on every bite.
Pamper yourself with a selection of grilled items such as satay, beef and seafood items. Don't forget to grab your sauce to enjoy with it.
At the action station, local favourites was hard to resist. The laksa and char koay teow was the bomb.
Nothing like ending the meal with wide selection of sweet treats. Not only did it look so tempting, tasted as good as it looked.
One of the must try has got to be the Black Rice Cheese Cake. Yes! Something that is really unique and so heavenly good.
