Eastern & Oriental Hotel Penang - Sunday Roast



Meat lovers are in for a juicy treat during the Sunday Roast at Eastern & Oriental Hotel Penang. The Sunday Roast is now being served in a new environment at Planters Lounge which is located on the 6th floor. Planters Lounge is now open to public as the current old wing of the hotel is undergoing a major renovation.

Sunday Roast is like a smaller mini buffet, which focuses on serving juicy cuts of meat for you to enjoy.


Start off with some fresh greens with condiments and dressings as well as premix salad for you to enjoy.



 A warm hearty soup to warm the stomach. 




And now to the main highlight, which is the roast items. From roast side of beef, roast chicken breast stuffed with sage and onion stuffing, and slow-cooked lamb shoulder.

On first thought, one would have thought that the chicken breast was just another ordinary chicken breast, all meaty but a cut into it, you will spot it being stuffed with the sage and onion stuffing. It certainly does give the chicken breast an enhanced flavour. 



Sunday Roast wouldn't be complete without the presence of Yorkshire Pudding. 


Complete your plate of Sunday Roast with side vegetables, condiments and sauce of your choice.
