Jazzy Gump Seafood Buffet Dinner at Jazz Hotel Penang

There'a a new spot for buffet at Tanjung Tokong area and the delectable dishes makes you craving for more. Jazz Hotel Penang recently unveiled their very first buffet dinner, Jazzy Gump Seafood Buffet Dinner at Jazz Feast which is expected to be a big hit with its delicious range of local and international fare, serving a nice spread of seafood items too.

Jazz Feast welcomes diners to a brand new environment that's elegantly cozy making dining such pleasurable.

Starting off with various cold cuts.

The unagi was one of those major hit among the diners.

Grab these adorable marinated salad such as cucumber tzatziki, Japanese baby octopus salad and prawn avocado cocktail salad.

While at the Japanese section, enjoy items like assorted sushi, and sashimi.

The enjoyment of seafood continues at the seafood in pail section, consisting of prawns, mussles and scallops.

Vietnamese Spring Roll & Soft Shell Crab New Orleans Style is definitely something you don't commonly get on buffet lines. The soft shell crab was so addictive.

2 hearty soups to warm up the stomach.  For that night there was the cream of mushroom soup and miso soup. The mushroom soup was delightfully rich in flavour.

A nice mix of various western, Malay and oriental dishes can be found at the hot dishes section. 

Baked fish with capers butter sauce
Seafood pot pie
Grilled marinated prawns with garlic paprika and salsa
Chili crab with deep fried mantao
Lamb chop with chimichurri sauce
Roasted chicken with percik sauce
Stir fried mix vegetables
Chinese fried rice

The paella rice does catch the attention from afar. A dome of heavenly goodies.

While at the carving trolley, bite into the juicy tender roasted marina sirloin. 2 types of sauce; black pepper, mushroom sauce and also roasted root vegetables and baked potatoes for you to enjoy with it.

Roasted chicken and duck with dipping.

Not missing out on their tender skewers of chicken and beef satay. Another thing you can look forward to is the 'pangang pangang dalam daun pisang'. Where seafood items like stringray, squid as well as vegetables are grilled in banana leaf. Giving you that fragrant aroma.

Love pasta? You will be happy to find that the pasta station offers 4 types of pasta to be cooked in your choice of sauce such as carbonara, napolitana, aglio olio and arrabiata.

And we have arrived at my favourite part, desserts. All the sugary treats. Yummy.

Assorted mix tropical fruits

Icy cool treats of ais kacang & Teow Chew cendol. Not forgetting ice cream too.
