The next time if you're looking for cakes and bakes such as cupcakes in Penang, you should definitely try The Third Floor, Pastry Lab & Studio. Apart from the usual bakes, they also cater to customisable cakes and cupcakes as well as event and wedding dessert table.

I had the opportunity to try some of their treats and it was delish.

The first thing I had was their cream puff. Size wise, it was just nice. Slightly bigger in size than profiteroles. The choux pastry was light and airy while the filling was nicely done. Smooth and fragrant, and many would also love that it isn't that sweet.

One bite into it and the filling just oozes out. Yums!

Next up is one of those favourites, Chocolate Brownies. The temptation kicks in just by looking at it. You get that nice crackly top, while a further bite into it and you will get that chocolatey fudgey middle with some crunch of walnut bits in it. Oh so good!

Creme brulee is one of those desserts by them that is liked by many. Taste of a scoop and you can taste the rich lusciousness custardy taste and the caramelized top. A fragrant delicious delight for sure.
