Tater tots is something that we don't usually see, it's compact cylindrical shape that offers that nice crispy exterior crunch. For this dish, it's a mix of items like breakfast sausage, onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, sour cream, two sunny side-up eggs enjoyed with the salsa sauce which is served on the side.
