Vouk Hotel Suites Penang has recently just introduced a brand new promotion for C'est Si Bon. The "Chu Char Ikan Bakar Semi Buffet Dinner" held on every Friday and Saturday, features a selection of fresh catch from the sea, which is then cooked according to your preferred style of preparation. Diners can also look forward to enjoy a spread of semi buffet items like Steamed Fragrant White Rice, Soup of The Day, Asian Salad such as Ulam-ulaman,Western Salad and desserts.

Just pick your favourite seafood items from the available catch of the day like prawns, squid, various types of fishes, cockles, mud crab, clams among others, and then just pass it to the chef and inform them of which style of preparation your prefer.

The pricing of the seafood items goes by the weight and according to the market pricing. The "pay as your pick" payment method is being used. So you will have to settle the bill once you have chosen your seafood and preferred cooking style.

The charges for cooking is RM10 nett per dish and the methods of cooking available are such as
