A Relaxing Stay of Comfort and Delicious Food at The Light Hotel, Penang.

The Light Hotel is a 5-star premier hotel strategically located in the prime business district of Seberang Jaya, Penang. The majestic looking hotel houses a total of 303 comfortable rooms and suites. With a list of facilities and dining outlets available in the hotel, one is all set for an enjoyable experience of comfort and not forgetting pampering your palate to the delicious feast available. We have always enjoyed their buffet spread, one of the best in town.

This is our first time staying over and so let's check the place out :)

So after checking in, it's tea time!

Head down to Spice Brasserie, an all day restaurant which is located right beside the lobby. Here's where you can get your afternoon treats as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet.

The place serves a delightful Afternoon Tea set for 2 at only RM32+, from 3pm to 6pm daily. The Afternoon Tea comes in a mix of sweet and savoury items along with coffee or tea for 2. Enjoy items like cakes, scones, local kuih, sandwiches and unlike most places, you will also spot Dim Sum items being served.

As for facilities that are available, there's the executive lounge, business centre, spa, steam, sauna, kid's playroom, and gym.

For dinner, we had the chance to indulge their Seafood & Sizzling Wok. A feast with heaps of seafood to enjoy.

Time for some sugar rush..haha.. I've always been known among my blogger friends as the sweet tooth person, so this is my favourite spot. Look at the desserts! First thing I took were the cakes and cookies. Nom nom nom.

One of the must try is their Teh Tarik. Watch as the Teh Tarik Master pulls a creamy frothy cup of hot Teh Tarik for you to enjoy. Oh so good!

These freshly bakes croissants are delicious. Crispy on the outer and flaky inside.

The Grand Ballroom was a stunning venue. It's said to be the largest pillar-less in the Northern region. It's massive and with crystal chandeliers hanging beautifully above, it's a gem for events and functions.
