We had the opportunity to experience our 'Daycation' at Rasa Sayang Resort & Spa and here's a peek at all those mouth-watering breakfast goodies and the calm relaxing day we had.

Head over to the lobby at the Garden Wing and you will spot a 'Daycation' counter and here is where you will be given your wristband.

First destination - Spice Market Cafe. There's just heaps of delicious food to indulge. Whet your appetite to the delicious breakfast spread ; from local fare to international flavours.

Time to pamper our palate :)

Variety of yogurt, muesli, juice, fruit salad, grapefruit, milk and soya bean drink.

My favourite item was spotted - longan. Couldn't be any happier :)

Varies types of cereals.

Assortment of cheese.

Egg station.

Scramble, half boiled, omelette and friend eggs. I usually go for omelette and then make it into a sandwich.

Nasi lemak!!! The all-time favourite. Yummy!

We truly enjoyed our breakfast. The spread was just so welcoming and excellent. You'd probably wished you had a bigger tummy :)

It was then time to explore the poolside and garden. Gorgeous stunning landscape.

If you've not seen it before, here you go. Something that you don't really get else where in Penang.

Lay back on the lounge chairs and enjoy the beautiful scenery and windy breeze. Don't forget to bring your sunblock or a book or 2 to read.

Towels are provided and don't worry about water as you can get it from the hut.

Iced water never tasted this good under the nice warm weather.

While there, you can enjoy a 20% discount on garden neck and foot reflexology. The masseur will come over to your chair and do the massage for you.
