This was surely one hearty broth that was packed with flavours and ingredients.

Deep Fried Crispy Boneless Chicken with Pineapple Sauce

My perfect kind of chicken. Boneless, cripsy on every bite and a tangy sauce to go with it. Yums!

Hong Kong Style Steamed Tiger Grouper

For those who love steamed fish, the fish was fresh, excellent texture and sweet.

Now this next dish was super double triple thumbs up. Something special and it was really really delicious!

Mongolian Style Lamb Rack

The sauce was something really appetising and full of flavour. Peppery with a tinge of sweetness, perfect with that tender lamb rack.

The Mandarin orange skin in the dessert does a little magic in bringing up that fragrant citrus aroma to the dessert and there's no resisting the temptation of the flaky Shanghai pancake for sure.

Among the sweet indulgence are such as Pineapple Tarts, Peanut Butter Cookies, Mandarin Orange Macaroon, Mandarin Orange Butter Cake, Longan Cake among others. For those who wish to toss Yee Sang, there'sa few options available for you; Vegetarian Yee Sang, Smoked Salmon Yee Sang, Fresh Salmon Sashimi Yee Sang and Sliced Abalone Yee Sang.
