The Ondeh Ondeh Delight cake is inspired by our all-time favourite local Nyonya kuih - Ondeh Ondeh. One look at the cake and it's already an eye-catching creation.

Let's dig in and check out what is the surprise that awaits behind the coconut flakes.

The cake consist of pandan sponge cake that is layered with gula Melaka, coconut mousseline, and silky coconut pudding. Topped generously with sweetened coconut flake and lastly Ondeh Ondeh chocolate truffle that surely does look like the Ondeh Ondeh kuih.

The cake is mild sweet, moist and is packed with fragrant coconut aroma. The pandan sponge was dense and the combination of the pandan sponge along with the creamy coconut mousseline and coconut pudding in every bite was just delish. The coconut flakes gave a nice crunch bits to the overall indulgence. The Ondeh Ondeh chocolate truffle was indeed a pleasant surprise.
