MR. Dollar Opens 2nd Outlet in Penang Island at All Seasons Place.

MR. Dollar has opened up another outlet in Penang island. The 2nd outlet within the island is now opened at All Seasons Place. It's just beside MR. DIY. I've not stepped into an outlet before, but friend has told me that the things are mainly RM2 and RM5. Probably a similar concept of EcoShop.
