Start off the meal with a tossing of the yee sang for prosperity. Followed by an appetising display of Chef Special Combination. The lovely vibrant mix of flavours was just delicious. The double boiled soup was a hearty satisfaction as the richness of the stock flavour got us wanting more. The roasted chicken was tender and juicy and the sauce gave a tinge of some sourness to the overall experience. The Thai sauce that came with the slipper lobster was just yums. It elevated the dish as it was fragrant with a nice balance of sweetness and mild spiciness.
