Get your tummy ready as Angsana Teluk Bahang presents a myriad of delightful treats this April during their Juadah di Teluk Bahang Buffet Dinner. The buffet dinner will be at Level 3, Jendela Restaurant from the 14 April to 30 April 2022. This was our very first time there and we sure loved the the whole setting of Jendela Restaurant, from the interior to the lovely view of the outdoor pool, the sea and the tantalising feast to go with it.

Apart from all the scrumptious feast that awaits, diners are also in for a special treat of live performance of traditional wayang kulit, gamelan band and a coconut leaf weaving demonstration too. This is surely something to look forward to. It's been a long time since we actually last seen a wayang kulit performance and it sure was fun to watch it.

Start off your meal with a delicious selection of Malay kampung delights like raw green ulam, ulam raja, ulam pegaga, daun selom, jantung pisang accompanied by a variety of sambals including sambal belacan, sambal tempoyak, sambal mangga, sambal kelapa, sambal kicap pedas, petis udang and cincalok.

As the Executive Chef hails from East Malaysia, he has also brought some exciting beautiful dishes to the buffet spread like the noodle station which offers Bakso noodle and the juicy ayam bakar bumbu.

Back at the mains, there are lots of flavours for you to indulge. Among the dishes are kepah masak paprik, daging lembu rusuk asam pedas, ayam goreng berempah, stir-fried king prawns with spicy chili sauce, black pepper crab and lots more.

Back at the alfresco area, there are even more food available to savour. From the all-time favourite whole roasted lamb marinated with lemongrass, turmeric and galangal, grill seafood wrapped in banana leaves and spicy sambal, chicken and beef satay, chicken and beef Ramli burger.

Get a taste of Indonesian dishes too such as gulai daging masak hitam, gulai lemak nangka, gulai kambing and gulai patin tempoyak.

The food choices doesn't stop there. You'll find the Indian corner serving chicken and lamb tandoori, chicken briyani, aloo ghobi, butter chicken masala and Madras lamb curry.
