Deliciously presented at Planter's Lounge, the Weekend Mediterranean BBQ Night offers a vibrant mix of flavours of the Mediterranean treats from a variety of dips & spread such as hummus, baba ganoush, tzatziki, healthy salads, juicy grills like lamb kafta and seafood cartoccio and mouth-watering desserts like baklava among others.

From a cheesy mix of cheese platter, to an appealing selection of healthy salads such as tomato and baby mozzarella salad, tuna nicoise salad, , tabbouleh, ,fattoush, couscous salad, greek salad and roasted pumpkin with pesto dressing & almond flakes.

For those who love dips and spread, you're going to love the hummus, baba ganoush, tzatziki and toum. Not missing out on the variety of antipasto made available for your indulgence.

Cold Cut Platter

Salmon gravlax, seared ahi tuna, smoked duck breast, beef bresaola and chicken terrine.

Seafood lovers are going to love the Seafood on Ice selection. Enjoy succulent catch from the sea like slipper lobster, crayfish, scallops, prawns, green mussels and black mussels.

Hearty warm seafood soup and Roma tomato basil soup to pamper the tummy.

A hot entree of truffle scented mousseline potato, oven baked baby potatoes with herbs, vegetable lasagne, butter glazed seasonal vegetables, roasted root vegetables with pesto and corn on cob.

The vegetable lasagne was surprisingly good. Never much of a big fan of vegetable lasagna but they did a really good job and couldn't help for a second serving :p

Head to the outdoor grill section and a sizzling fragrant aroma awaits. From fresh meat to seafood choices, let the grill sizzle your favourites picks like minute steak, lamb chop, chicken kebab skewer, lamb kofta, prawn skewer, slipper lobster, salmon fillet, red snapper and seafood cartoccio.

The lamb kofta is definitely a must. Each bite welcomes a nice juicy tender bite that is packed with aromatic herbs and spices.

End your meal with a sweet note with all of these mouth-watering desserts.
