First up is the Prosperity Fruits Yee Sang with Salmon, Jellyfish and Crispy Fish Skin. We actually loved this fruit yee sang as you get to enjoy the vibrant mix of freshness, juicy and the sweetness from the fruits.

Give it a good toss for a prosperous and abundance year ahead.

The Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Dried Scallops, Fish Maw, Mushroom, Red Apple and Ginseng Roots was such a gorgeous hearty soup. Every sip was packed with a nice flavour from the mix of ingredients and not forgetting the aroma.

"Yuan Yang" Style of Combination of Roasted Duck and Fragrant Garlic Roasted Chicken. The best of both worlds; tender and juicy dipped in aromatic sauce. So good!

For those who love steamed fish dish, the Steamed Grouper Fish Cantonese Style with Premium Soya Sauce will definitely make you wanting more of the delicate and fresh delicacy.

A treasure pot of premium goodies in every scoop. The Braised Abalone with Dried Oyster, Sea Cucumber, Black Mushrooms and Garden Green in Claypot was a heavenly treat. Immerse yourself in the richness of flavours.

One glance at the Wok Fried Freshwater Prawn with Oats and Crispy Curry Leaves and it just catches the attention. The size of the prawns were pleasing to the eyes and the overall taste was a palate pleaser.
