The Light Hotel Penang welcomes diners over for a scrumptious culinary journey as you buka puasa during this Holy Month of Ramadan. With a team of talented chefs, led by Chef Johnno Fong - Director of Culinary, Chef Murugan - Executive Chef and assisted by Chef Hamizi Hamid - Chef de Cuisine will be pampering you with a plethora of over 150 choices for you to savour. From a mix of appetising starters, to the flavourful mains consisting of a variety of traditional Malay cuisines with Chinese, Indian and Western fare and not forgetting the vibrant appealing desserts for you to indulge. This is also the very first time the buffet spread is presented in the hotel's Grand Ballroom which can accommodates over 600 diners and be entertained by the live performances by the talented Rayyan Band.

Now's the time to pop over to all the wonderful mains that is bursting with all irresistible flavours. Dig into all-time traditonal Malay cuisines favourites like Udang Sambal dengan Petai, Daging Harimau Menangis, Gulai Ikan Masin dengan Nenas, Pajeri Nenas, and Nasi Hujan Panas. A bit of this and that, you've got a plate of satisfaction.

If you're craving for some Chinese delights, the have a selection of Roast Chicken, Duck, BBQ Chicken Rice, Mantis Prawn with Salted Egg, Seabass Fillet with Spicy Sauce, Foo Yong Egg, Popiah and more.

They have an Indian feast corner with a few tantalising dishes like Dhalca Tulang Kambing, Deep Fried Squid 65 which uses a total of 65 herbs and spices, Shawarma, Tandoori with Nan Bread, and Nasi Biryani Kambing Lamb Shank.
