Saturday Night Live Seafood Buffet Dinner at Hard Rock Hotel Penang

The Holy Month of Ramadan is here and Hard Rock Hotel Penang has various dining promotions at Starz Diner for you choose from. The Bazaar Night promotion takes place on every Monday to Thursday, Open House Rasa Rumah Buffet on Fridays and Sundays while the Saturday Night Live Seafood Buffet is available on Saturdays.

We were privileged to experience the Saturday Night Live Seafood Buffet and it was indeed a satisfying feast. For those who love seafood, you'll have to experience the beautiful spread for yourselves. From fresh juicy catch from the sea to many other delightful items, diners are certainly in for a wonderful treat.

To start off, a pleasant variety of appetisers to choose from such as fresh variety of Ulam-ulaman with various types of sauces to enjoy it with. Some Kerabu options like Kerabu Mangga Muda and Kerabu Makan Laut dengan Soo Hoon.

If you love some Japanese fare, they serve an assortment of Sushi and Sashimi too.

One of the main highlight will have to be all those succulent juicy seafood items at the Seafood-on-ice section. Those who crave for oysters, the good news is they have fresh oysters back here.

Hearty servings of warm Bubur Lambuk. The Cream of Broccoli Soup was double thumbs up.

The mains in the food warmers were so tempting. Unique selections of flavours makes you craving for more. Dig into dishes like Daging Gulai Kawah, Udang Masak Lemak, Udang Masak Lemas Nenas, Wok Fried Chicken with Kam Heong Sauce, Yang Zhou Fried Rice BBQ Chicken and Mixed Bean among many more choices.

The special month's buffet wouldn't be complete without the all-time favourite Kambing Panggang. Tender cuts with gravy and you'll be wanting more.

A gorgeous spread of grilled indulgence.

They serve various types of pasta as well as different types of sauces too. We personally loved their cream pasta. One of the best Carbonara served among all the buffets.

The desserts were an instant magnet to the eyes from a distant. Loved their gorgeous and beautifully crafted sweet creations. It shows how much effort the pastry chefs put into making them. It was definitely hard to resist these temptations.
