Berjaya Penang Hotel presents Masakan Nusantara Ramadan Buffet for you to buka puasa during this Ramadan 2023. Held at the hotel's Berjaya Banquet Hall on Level 7, diners are in for a nice selection of traditional Malay cuisines with some international flavours to enjoy. Start off you meal to a vibrant mix of appetising starters ranging from various kinds of Kerabu, healthy and fresh Ulam-ulaman with different kind of Sambal and sauce as well as fresh greens, condiments and dressings.

Next up, you have hearty servings of the flavourful Sup Gear Box which is best enjoyed with Roti Bengali and not to be missed Bubur Lambuk Ayam.

Pop over to the mains where all the mix of flavours takes place. Dig into favourites like Daging Mulsamah, Kari Udang, Ayam Negro, Fish Fillet with Thai Sauce, Baked Lasagna and many more.

Among the highlights will have to the juicy tender Kambing Panggang with Chef Sauce, Nasi Mandy and Gulai Kawah. A combo of everything delicious.

Their Hokkien Mee was delish. The richness of the broth was so satisfying. Apart from that, they also had Char Koay Teow Kambing and Tortilla Wrap too.
