Their fresh oysters are flown in 3 times a week from overseas.

Dining was cozy, with simple and modern aesthetics for that nice overall dining experience. Diners can sit back and relax inside or enjoy their delicious meal by the alfresco promenade overlooking the marina.

It was our first visit to Oyster & Seafood Bar - by the Quay and sure did enjoyed every bit of it.

For those who crave for oysters, this is the real deal. Freshly shucked oysters upon order. Savour the freshness of those huge, juicy and plump oysters.

Fish Croquettes 'Bait'

Take a bite into these crunchy creations and be careful as the melted cheese in the middle can be really hot. Sink your teeth in and pull away.

Shrimp & Chorizo

The shrimps were gorgeous; big and fresh. It is served with slices of baguette which you can dip in the flavourful olive oil.

Crab Avocado Tower

Served in such an appealing sight, the Crab Avocado Tower is a rich, creamy and delectable treat to order.

Charred Cauliflower

Simple as it may look, but its so addictive. Loved the creaminess it has along with the charred flavour given to it.

2 Tier Frutti Di Mare

One glance and you know this is going to be a heavenly treat. It's like the best of both worlds; hot and cold. The top platter is a combination of tiger prawn, seabass, clams, mussels and squid in a fragrant tangy tomato gravy. While the bottom part is a half dozen of fresh oysters.

Duo Style Pork Tomahawk with Hickory Sauce

Each bite was tender and juicy and the smoky and sweet flavour from the Hickory sauce was a perfect match.

For those craving for pasta, Lobster Angel Hair Pasta and Crab Aglio Olio is worth ordering. The pasta was perfectly done with a la dante bite and remarkable flavours welcomes in every twirl.

The Paellas was such a hearty meal. You can taste the rich seafood flavours and certainly makes you wanting more of it. Also, please allow a 30-minute cooking time for the Paellas to be ready.

For desserts, we tried the Panna Cotta and the Sizzling Chocolate Brownies with Ice Cream which was a sinful indulgence.

The Panna Cotta portion was big enough to be shared by 2. The delicate smooth texture and mild sweetness makes you wanting more. The Sizzling Chocolate Brownies with Ice Cream is another creation that is hard to resist. The brownie is placed on a hot plat and topped with a scoop of ice cream. The chocolate sauce is then poured onto it and watch is sizzle all the way.
