Here's what you can look forward to :)

Start your meal with a variety of fresh greens and appetising appetisers with choices like shrimp mango salad, Korean clam noodles salad, apple celery salad, pomelo crab salad, and many more. There was an item which caught our attention as it's something that you hardly see being available in most buffets around, that is the Miang Kham, a Thai appetiser.

This is the Miang Kham appetiser. Among the condiments are chopped shallots, ginger, garlic, lime, roasted coconut, dried shrimps, chopped peanuts, bird's eye chili, a syrup and betel leaves to wrap it.

Some Japanese delights that is beautifully presented.

This is where all the seafood lovers gather :p At the Seafood on Ice section with lots of fresh catch from the sea. Dig into favourites like prawns, whelks, crayfish, scallop and mussels among the many other juicy fresh spread available.

There will be 2 hearty soup choices available.

Now to the mains where a nice selection of Asian cooking items like seafood briyani rice, seafood baked rice with nestum and cheese, green curry chicken, salmon with torch ginger salsa, beef bulgogi, stir-fried crabs with glass noodles, spicy tahong (mussels), and many more. Most of the items are representation of flavours from different Asian countries.

Action stalls offers delicious temptations like the pad Thai with shrimp and clams, Korean seafood BBQ, roasted lamb leg, baked salmon in puff pastry, gratinated golden scallops with dill cream and many more.

Lastly, a whole load of beautiful sweet creations to end the meal with. These local and Western sweet temptations are such a magnet to the eyes instantly.
