An Viet recently conducted an exclusive workshop in collaboration with Peanut Couple and we were privileged to be invited by Peanut Couple and we sure did have a fabulous time. We even had the opportunity to shape our very own Sugarcane Prawn and assemble our very own Banh Mi.

Sugarcane Prawn

These bites are homemade and uses 100% pure prawn paste. The paste is then wrapped around juicy sweet sugarcane and fried till golden brown. It was so good. You can taste the sweetness from the prawns. One bite and you can't get enough of it.

Clam with Coconut Broth

Savour fresh clams simmered in coconut broth, nuanced with lemongrass, sliced chilli, cherry tomato and lime juice. This was the bomb. The broth was flavoured packed. The sweetness from the clams in the broth with a slight mix of tanginess. And it''s MSG-Free!

This was one of our personal favourites. Once glance and you'll find the dish an instant appealing treat. Dig into the caramelized grilled pork patty & sliced pork belly with vermicelli fresh veggie, herb & refreshing dipping sauce. It had a nice sweet touch with a fresh overall taste with all the condiments.
