The Wedding Fair will be held on Sunday, 30 July 2023, at level 6 Pearl and Pinang ballroom and the
foyer. For every booking made during the event, guests will receive a free table for every 15 tables
booked, along with exclusive 15% discount on venue rental applicable at Mercure Penang Beach.
The captivating Wedding Fair will showcase the full range of Mercure Penang Beach’s event spaces,
from the elegant ballroom to the picturesque beachfront terrace, and the iconic viewing deck framed
by breathtaking sea views. Couples envisioning their perfect day can explore a variety of packages
and related services offered by trusted vendors, allowing them to customize and create their
memorable wedding experience.
In collaboration with 19 esteemed Penang-based wedding professionals, the showcase will feature
an array of stunning decorative exhibits, each highlighting unique wedding themes and styles. Be
captivated by the exquisite Registration-Of-Marriage ceremony set up at the hotel’s viewing deck,
artfully crafted by Ohara Florist. Step into the world of Malay wedding traditions with mesmerizing
setups in the ballroom, curated by Zana Touch Events and Reyana’s Event Planner. Veessai Studio
will also put together a fascinating display of Indian wedding setup. For a touch of modern elegance,
Kakoi Events and The Wedding Castle will present their contemporary reception setups, while Glory
Florist will mesmerize you with their fabulous stage decorations.
Couples who confirm their wedding celebrations at Mercure Penang Beach during the event shall be
