Off to the mains where diners can look forward to an irresistible spread of dishes like Yong Chow Fried Rice With Chicken Char Siew & Shrimp, Hoong Tu Mee With Seafood, Calamari Rings With Tartar Sauce, Chicken Kaarage With Paprika & Mayonnaise, Fish Cocktail With Ulam Sauce and Sensational Plant Based Stir Fried Mince With Bulgogi Sauce.

The Premium Cantonese Gua Bao is not to be missed. Slices of tender roasted lamb leg with steamed lotus leaf bun, green coral and Hoisin sauce. Everything for a satisfying bite.

Back at the Pau & Go corner, you'll find a colourful mix of steamed and deep-fried assorted pau & mantou served with kaya and condensed milk.
