Courtyard by Marriott Penang, a renowned name in the hospitality industry, is excited to announce the appointment of Yvonne Wan as the new General Manager to lead their exceptional team.

Yvonne is a seasoned hotelier with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in Sales & Marketing and Operations. Yvonne commenced her career in 1998 and advanced to various senior roles such as Director of Sales & Marketing at The Westin Langkawi Resort and Hotel Manager at The St. Regis Bali.

She later served as General Manager at the Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Daning, and Hilton Nanjing Riverside during her 7-year tenure in China. Yvonne then moved to Indonesia, where she successfully opened Sheraton Belitung Resort before her assignment at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Nusa Dua Resort.

Recently, she returned to Malaysia and was supporting the pre-opening of Penang Marriott Hotel, Marriott Executive Apartments, Penang, and Marriott Residences Penang prior to joining Courtyard by Marriott Penang.

During her spare time, Yvonne enjoys practicing yoga and exercising at the gym. She is also an avid foodie.

Yvonne's passion, expertise, and commitment to excellence make them a valuable addition to Courtyard by Marriott Penang.
