Shangri-La Rasa Sayang Penang Wins Top Award in Conde Nast Traveler's 2023 Readers' Choice Awards
Conde Nast Traveler recently announced the results of its annual Reader's Choice Awards, and Shangri-La Rasa Sayang is the only resort in Malaysia voted among the Top 15 Resorts in Asia with an impressive score of 95.15. This marks the fourth time the resort has been named the best of the Top 15 Resorts in Southeast Asia.
Conde Nast Traveler, one of the world's leading travel magazines, annually presents the Traveler's Choice Awards to acknowledge the top hotels, resorts, and destinations across the globe. The awards are voted on by a discerning readership of travel enthusiasts and industry experts, making this accolade more significant. The criteria used for evaluation encompassed various aspects, including rooms, service, food, design, location, and activities/facilities. The fact that Shangri-La Rasa Sayang has excelled in all these areas demonstrates the dedication and hard work exhibited by all its 400 employees.
