Area General Manager Mahmoud Skaf and officiated by Special Officer to Penang State EXCO Office 
for Tourism & Creative Economy - Mr Kyle Choong, Special Officer to Penang EXCO Agrotechnology,  Food Security & Cooperative Development - Mr Gavin Way, Special Officer to
 Bayan Baru Parliament - Mr Chan Soon Aun, Special Officer to ADUN Air Itam – Mr Quah Tze Thoon and CEO for Penang Development Cooperation - Dato' Aziz Bin Bakar.

Amongst other distinguished guests who graced this memorable occasion were members of the media,
corporate partners and wedding planners. Guests were treated to a decadent Chinese banquet, where
