It's going to be a journey of festive flavours and traditional favourites as Olive Tree Hotel welcomes you and your loved ones over to celebrate Christmas. Starting from 22 until 25 December 2023, the team of chefs at the hotel will be serving a plethora of spread that will tantalise your taste buds. Diners can look forward to highlights such as Chicken Scaloppini, Slow Cooker Beef Stew, Classic Italian Lamb Stew, Calamari with Spice Salt, and Grilled Salmon with Coriander Salsa—all served on rotation. Seafood lovers are going to love the Seafood Delight Fusion live action stall featuring slipper lobsters, flower crabs, prawns, mussels, and half-shell scallops are cooked a la minute with your choice of gravy - the aromatic Kim Heong or creamy Mongolian sauce.

The Festive Buffet Dinner is available on 22 and 23 December 2023. For those who wish to dine during Christmas, there's the Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner and Christmas Day Buffet Lunch.
