First up, it's the time of the year to savour Yee Sang with condiments then start off your meal with an assortment of appetisers such as Seafood Kerabu, Chicken Kerabu, Egg Salad and an assortment of sushi among the many other appetisers available.










Seafood lovers will love the Seafood on Ice section offering juicy succulent fresh catch from the sea with treats like half shell scallop with roe, prawns, sea snail, green shell mussel, black mussel, and baby squid.




Among some of the delicious mains available for you to enjoy are like the Braised Scallop & Sea Tiger Prawn with Garden Green, Braised Sea Cucumber with Slice Abalone, Pacific Clam, Dry Mussel, and Fatt Choy, Roasted Chicken,  Roasted Duck with Sweet Sauce, Deep fried Black Pomfret Fish with Specialty Sambal Sauce and Steamed Garlic Rice with Seafood and Pacific Clam








And a beautiful and tempting spread of desserts. From delicious sweet bakes to local desserts and Chinese New Year cookies. Everything for that lovely Chinese New Year dining experience.
