Every scoop of the Braised Dry Seafood Soup with Crab Meat and Sun-dried Scallop was a flavour packed indulgence. Love the strong flavour the broth offered. The chef was sure generous with the ingredients.

The Steamed Chicken with Garden Green and Soy Sauce was amazing. Tender silky chicken texture on every bite.

For those who love prawns but too lazy to peel them, you'll the Stir-Fried Prawn with Spicy Oat Flake because the chefs has deshelled the succulent and juicy prawns.

Stewed Assorted Fresh Mushrooms with Scallops in Yam Dough

Just love the overall dish of Deep Fried Deep Red Lion With Nyonya Sauce. The fish was beautifully presented with its fillets on the side and the Nyonya sauce was such a nice treat.
