Chinese New Year 2024 Dining Promotion at Royale Chulan Penang.

All these delicious feasts are perfect for gathering with family and friends to celebrate the festivity.

We were privileged to savour the Cai Xin Yun Long course set and we sure enjoyed every bit of it. For starters, we had the chilled Salmon Yee Sang which was then followed by the Hot & Cold Combination Platter with tempting items like Steamed Prawn Dumpling, Rainbow Roll with Wasabi Mayo, Kerabu Jelly Fish with Smoked Duck and Japanese Crispy Fried Chicken Popcorn.

Every scoop of the Double Boiled Chicken Soup with Fish Maw & Ginseng Root was satisfying. The broth was rich in flavour and delish. The Wok Fried Sea Prawn with Golden Butter Sauce offered a nice fragrant aroma while the Deep Fried Red Lion with Thai Peanut Sauce was a palate pleaser. Next we had the Braised Chinese Mushroom with Sea Cucumber & Dried Oyster in Garden Green, XO Fried Rice with Crispy Chicken Sliced Ham & Prawn. Lastly Hot Soy Bean with Glutinous Rice Ball to end the meal.
