Please your palate with appetising Polish starters such as Marinated Trout or Perch in Garden Herbs, Smoked Salmon with Horseradish Cream, Marinated Duck Breast, to the exquisite treat of Chicken Pate with Foie Gras, among the many others.

The Beef Tartare with Egg Yolk Emulsion was a hit. A burst of symphony of flavours and texture.

The soups that were available on the buffet spread was a palate pleaser. The Sour Rye Soup with Lamb Sausage looked similiar to a mushroom soup, but a scoop of it and you'll be surprise of the twist it gives. Creamy, rich, with a slight mild twist of sourness to it. Every scoop was an enjoyment to the tummy.

Cream of Roasted White Vegetables with Truffle Oil

Beef Stroganoff with Drop Noodles was something out of the ordinary. The combination of both was a perfect match.

Many loved the Roast Duck with Caramelised  Potatoes and Herbs. The texture and overall taste of the duck was brilliant.

Seabass with Polish Sauce

For diners who indulgence chicken liver, the Chicken Liver with Apple and Onion would definitely be something you shouldn't miss out on.

Peiriogi with Demi Glace Meat Filling and Pierogi with Cheese was a surprise treat. These dumplings were addictive.

The Polish Style Cauliflower looked a little odd at first glance but a taste of it, and you'll love the buttery taste and the crunch from the bread crumbs.

Sink your teeth into the juicy and tender servings of Lamb Confit with Rosemary Garlic Sauce. The meat nicely flavoured and each bite is just so tender.

The Salmon with Aparagus Veloute

The vibrant selection of desserts never fail to impress the eyes and satisfy the sweet cravings. The main Polish desserts not to be missed are the Cheesecake, Apple Pie and Maringue with Date Cream. The Cheesecake is rich with a brittle base while the Apple Pie was fabulous. A mix of sweet and sourness of the Polish apples was delish.

Apart from the buffer dinner, there are also  Polish snacks and drinks that will be available back at G Spot.

Clockwise from Left : Grzane Piwo (Beer) , Wisniak and Szarlotka. The cocktails are made using Vodka from Poland.
