Hunza Properties Berhad just launched its first-ever Snow-vember by Hunza by completely transforming the Auto City Concept Hall into a festive winter wonderland.

Over the days starting from 14 - 16 Nov 2025, from 11am to 10pm the place was packed with winter-themed setups, family-friendly fun, and all kinds of immersive attractions.
Thousands of visitors - families, young adults, pet lovers, content creators, and Christmas fans showed up, making it one of Penang’s most talked-about year-end events.
The launching ceremony was held in style, graced by YB Dato’ Seri Sundarajoo A/L Somu, Penang State EXCO for Housing & Environment. Also present were Dato’ Seri Khor Teng Tong (Group Founder & Executive Advisor), Ms Khor Tze Ming (Group Executive Director), and Dato’ Lily (Group CEO of Sales & Marketing), together with business partners.
It was a great moment symbolising Hunza’s strong ties with the state, industry players, and the Penang community.

Almost 100 curated vendors and festive pop-ups showed off local creativity, crafts, and flavours.

Perfect for families and animal lovers - cute, gentle animals and grooming stations for furkids.

Scheduled “snowfall shows” brought the winter vibes to life, especially during the evenings - super popular for photos.
🎮 Immersive VR Adventure Zone
A hit among youths and tech lovers, offering a fun VR introduction to Hunza’s projects.
✨ Christmas Outfit Contest
Visitors of all ages turned up in colourful and creative outfits, adding to the festive atmosphere.
