The good thing is, you don't have to wake up early to enjoy Dim Sum now and at the same time enjoy a wide selection of items available on the menu. All possible during lunch time :)
Now that we are going through the new norm, dining is a little different now. Unlike the previous buffet sessions where you are able to walk around freely to get your own food from the buffet line, dining in the new norm now is set as such where you are being seated at the table; a menu is presented and you order your food from the service crew and they will deliver the food to you. You can order as much as you want, it's unlimited a la carte but please do remember to not over order and waste food.

The few main favourites are made available and that's more than enough to satisfy our palate. My personal favourite has to be the Siew Mai and the Prawn Dumpling. Fresh and the juicy succulent prawns in it makes you want more.

Now let's have a look at the other items that you can enjoy from the menu.
Staring with some fresh catch from the sea. The Chilled Seafood Platter offers options such as prawns, black and green mussels. For those who love Japanese fare, there's the sushi and sashimi platter consisting of choices such as sushi nigiri, salmon & tuna sashimi.
They offer a selection of healthy salads and for those who love ulam-ulaman, you will be happy to know that they also have a ulam platter enjoyed with sambal belacan. Do also try the som tam / spicy papaya salad with crystal prawn and not forgetting the rojak buah “Chef Azeron”.
For soup, there's about 4 types of different soup for you to pick from. The all time favourite will be the signature E&O mushroom chowder. That's my very own personal favourite. While the other recommended soup to try is the tom kha gai / Thai coconut chicken soup.
Those who love juicy meat cuts will have a nice variety of choices from the carvery section and even more at the grill section. Sink your tooth into the tender oven baked marinated beef striploin, roasted boneless lamb leg and chicken roulade stuffed with sun-dried tomato mousse.
While there are heaps of food to savour, don't miss out on their signature dishes like the salmon fish head curry and the roasted duck served with hoi sin sauce. These are some of the crowds' favourites.
There's a whole lot more of items on the menu. From main dishes, local favourites and local noodle selection like Assam Laksa, Hokkien Prawn Noodles and many more.
A plate of the all time local favourite - Char Koay Teow.
A vibrant mix of mouth-watering sweet creations are just too hard to resist. The temptation is real when you spot the desserts being displayed.
