The Seafood and International Dinner Unlimited A La Carte held on every Friday and Saturday pampers diners with a plethora of fresh seafood choices as well as many more exciting items to indulge.

Feast to a delightful choices starting from fresh catches from the sea, sushi and sashimi, variety of salad options, hearty soups, juicy meats, hot sizzling items from the grill, pasta, E&O signatures such as the salmon fish head curry and roasted duck, variety of main dishes, local favourites, noodles and lots of sweet treats to end the meal with.

Dining is now done differently unlike the previous buffet sessions where you are able to freely walk around to grab your food, now with the new norm and dining according to SOPs, you will be given a menu, food ordered via the service crew and they will serve the food your ordered to your table. You can order as much as you want, repeat as many times as you want but please, please, please, do bear in mind - please do not over order and waste food.

Seafood lovers, this is your favourite part! The Chilled Seafood Platter consist of choices from freshly shucked local oysters, Alaskan crab leg, slipper lobster, crayfish, scallops, prawns, green mussels and black mussels.

The indulgence continues with Sushi and Sashimi Platter.

Time to savour some creative and delicious mixes of salads. My first salad that I ordered was the Prawn and Pineapple Salad and it was so good! The prawn was fresh and the dressing was the bomb! I actually had 2 servings of this :D

Time for some soup to warm up the tummy. While there are a few option of soups available, one thing for sure is that their signature E&O mushroom chowder isn't those plain mushroom soup. It's rich, creamy, and fragrant. Could definitely do more than 1 bowl. The seafood bisque with brunoise vegetables is another favourite not to be missed.

Cheese Platter

While there, don't miss out on ordering the E&O signature salmon fish head curry as well as one of the all-time favourite - roasted duck served with hoi sin sauce.

At the carvery section, you'll be pampered with some mouth-watering juicy cuts among others. Dig into juicy oven baked marinated rib eye beef , roasted boneless lamb leg, salmon en croute and

chicken roulade stuffed with sun-dried tomato mousse.
