Start off the meal with some fresh greens, condiments and dressing; a variety of cold cuts and some Japanese treats like Sushi.

Cheese Platter

Two choices of soup. Usually a cream and a clear soup. Lucky for us as we had our favourite mushroom soup available. Loved it.

For those who love Nasi Biryani and dishes, The Light Hotel's spread of this selection never fails to impress us. It's always tempting to look at and satisfying on every serving. Dig into favourites like the Biryani Rice with Raisins and Nuts as well as Lamb Biryani.

Among the dishes to be enjoyed with are such as Egg Kurma, Potato and Chickpea Masala, Lala Clams with Black Pepper Sauce, Hot and Sour Chicken, Fish with Oyster Sauce, Prawn Sambal and a whole load more of delicious items to savour.
