About SOULUTIONS

Founded back in 2020 during the pandemic, SOULUTIONS is an initiative by a team of hospitality associates with an aim of offering diners affordable satisfying meals. Led by, Mr. Jude Nagalingam with a team of talented chefs that whips up amazing range of items for diners to indulge. The kitchen team is led by Chef Yuyu who has over 20 years of experience. She started her journey back in the east cost learning the art of cooking that was passed down from her grandmother. Her signature dishes features delicacies from the east and local northern cuisines.

While Chef Azurin leads the banquet and events with a touch of fusion flavours; traditional kampung flavours with a mix of modern compositions. Chef Seong whom specialises in Chinese and Thai cuisines creates palatable dishes from versatile cooking with flavourful sauce and marinates.

Their Nachos and Fisherman's Platter was sure an eye catcher. The Nachos was made from chili chicken, tomato salsa, jalapeno, sour cream, cheese sauce and guacamole. Everything for that delicious taste of Mexico. Perfect to be shared.

Their hearty sup kambing was surely packed with rich flavour. The roti Bengali was a nice complement with the soup.

Among some of the highlights from their catering menu were the various types of rice that you can choose from - nasi kerabu, nasi gomok, nasi hujan panas and nasi briyani. Then you have those gorgeous dishes to go with it - rendang ayam Kelantan, beef masala, Thai fish and wok stir-fry chicken. Each prepared on its very own special way and sure does offer that nice kick of flavours as well as the beautiful spices that elevates the flavour.
