First up is to toss to prosperity. Grab you favourite condiments at the DIY Yee Sang corner.

Start off your meal with an appetising and vibrant mix of various fresh greens, salad like Tuna Salad with Avocado, German Potato Salad, Chard Parprika Salad, and many other delightful treats including cheese platter, cold cuts, Smoked Salmon, Smoked Tenggiri among others.

Seafood lovers will love the variety of seafood available at the Seafood on Ice section. Indulge crab claw, bamboo clam, chilled tiger prawns, mussels and many more.

One of the highlight of the buffet has to be the freshly shucked oysters.

Oxtail Soup and Double Boiled Black Chicken Soup with Herbs to warm the tummy. The richness of the spices flows into the soup making every spoon delightful.
